The Onitsha and Awka Zone of the East Central Chapter (ECC) held their End of year/AGM on the 7th and 12th of December, 2025. The Zones which are among the 6 zones of the ECC are both located in Anambra State, The Light of the Nation.
The Zonal Coordinators in their various independent speeches assured members of their continued zeal to bring in more food scientists and ensure the zones are always in the forefront of the Chapter Affairs.
Both events featured presentations by Prof. James Obiegbuna for Awka Zone and Mrs Vivian Obidinma for Onitsha Zone. Both presentations were educative and enlightening.
The Chapter Chairman Apst. Peter Agbata in company of some Excos were present at both events with goodwill messages from the Chapter.
